As an Inspection Services Training Instructor, you will support and instruct field service training requirements across multiple disciplines and qualifications, including SG Primary & Secondary side inspections. You will perform personnel evaluations/qualifications based on the OJT/TPE processes, analyze training needs, and design, develop, and deliver complex training programs. Additionally, you will provide training support services that may require integration and development of team efforts across multi‑functional areas, and act as the subject‑matter expert for inspection‑related training disciplines.

• Instruct, facilitate and lead training that strengthens individual and team performance through practical application of human factors, situational awareness, and risk management principles.
• Lead, conduct, and support training, evaluations, audits and propose solutions to complex problems using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
• Support additional instructors when required and provide lessons learned and periodic performance feedback.
• Identify, define, and direct the approach for successful resolution of significant technical issues, and provide guidance to other trainers.
• Support and deliver specific training/discipline expert knowledge to peers, vendors, and customers.
• Coordinate and integrate complex technical projects that encompass multi‑functional areas, maintaining accurate program costs.
• Maintain training facilities at a high level of readiness for all training activities and support logistics.
• Identify and evaluate needs to develop new or improved training products/services, preparing technical documents and communicating improvements to management.
• Lead integration and development of major technical descriptions to support customer proposals.
• Develop procedures, processes and methods for implementing training and technical requirements.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate status and promote related business products.
• Instruct and support a SME technical and non‑technical training program for external and internal customers.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project field service experience, including demonstrated classroom/training instructor experience.
• 5+ years of project experience in Steam Generator / Inspection Services field project support activities, including primary and secondary inspections and operation/repair of robotic equipment.
• Experience with training material development and demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to select training methodologies, design, develop, and implement classroom processes that effectively meet training requirements.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
