We are seeking an Industrial Test Engineer to support product industrialization for medical devices. This role focuses on transitioning products from design to manufacturing by developing and optimizing test processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize test and production processes
- Support product transfer from R&D to manufacturing
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation & BOMs
- Execute test protocols and analyze results
- Support process, tooling, and equipment improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulated industry standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Basic HTML/XML programming experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Biomedical Engineering (or related)
- 0–2 years of experience (Entry-level candidates welcome)
- Experience in medical device manufacturing/testing preferred
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with test industrialization / validation
