Engineering Technician - Mechanical; AC&R Navy Ship Systems in Mayport

Supply Chain Management Inc. (SCMI1) has an exciting opportunity in support of the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) for an Engineering Technician with a mechanical focus.

Your resume must have the following skills and 3 years of experience (within the last 5 years) in the following areas to be considered for the position:

• Experience independently or leading a team of technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, or testing US Naval ship structural, mechanical systems.
• Experience independently or leading a team performing formal material condition assessments (TSRA, ICMP, INSURV or similar) of US Navy ship's systems.
• Experience in communicating troubleshooting issues (if any) or assessments with official reports.
• Documented experience with MS Office, NMD, eDFS, NSEDR, and/or TASS‑Info.

• Assessment and oversight of repairs of U.S. Navy ships’ compressed air systems and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (AC&R) systems.
• Interpreting naval engineering drawings and piping diagrams.
