Senior Electrical Engineer: Manufacturing Automation Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment, as well as a strong ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and components to meet project specifications.
• Oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Utilize PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, motors, and measuring devices to optimize systems.
• Develop and modify Rockwell programming software, including RS Logix and Factory View, to enhance operations.
• Conduct troubleshooting and provide solutions for electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Manage project schedules and resources using Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• 12 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, motors, and measuring devices.
• Expertise in Rockwell programming software (e.g., RS Logix and Factory View).
• 3+ years of experience leading electrical projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs.
