• Develops and maintains project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interprets plans and specifications to support schedule development and updates.
• Performs basic quantity take-offs to inform schedule durations and resource needs.
• Coordinates with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather schedule inputs.
• Monitors progress and updates schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities.
• Generates and distributes schedule reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assists in preparing contract billings and claims documentation based on schedule data.
• Supports strategic planning by identifying potential delays and recommending adjustments.
• Maintains clear communication with project teams to ensure alignment on schedule expectations.
• Uses HCSS Heavy Bid and other tools to integrate cost and schedule data.
• Applies basic time management techniques to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Contributes to forecasting efforts by analyzing trends and projecting future work.
• Supports documentation of claims and change events related to schedule impacts.
• Participates in project meetings and provides schedule‑related updates and insights.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 2 years of experience; scheduling experience required.
