Engineering Draftsman

Support our engineering team by creating, revising, and maintaining fabrication, weldment, assembly, and manufacturing drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Creo and AutoCAD, understanding engineering documentation, and be capable of updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) while ensuring drawing accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and maintain engineering drawings using Creo and AutoCAD.
  • Review and correct fabrication, weldment, assembly, and detail drawings.
  • Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP/PDM system.
  • Ensure engineering prints comply with drafting standards, GD&T principles, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Revise drawings based on Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Work closely with design engineers, manufacturing, welding, and production teams to resolve drawing issues.
  • Verify dimensions, tolerances, weld symbols, and material specifications.
  • Other duties assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Draftsman, CAD Technician, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience creating and revising weldment, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
  • Proficiency in PTC Creo and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manufacturing prints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation
