Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Kelly Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a great direct hire opportunity in Duryea, PA. Join a rapidly growing organization and play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge solutions and transformative growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze complex mechanical systems including high load structural systems, suspension systems, vehicle chassis, actuator driven linkages, and linear motion systems
- Develop, release and revise mechanical drawings and 3D models
- Serve as technical project lead with external design partners and suppliers
- Assist in continuous improvement of design procedure and protocol to help drive design efficiency
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient with 3D modeling software
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of various manufacturing methods and their respective effects on component design
