Civil Engineer - Support Engineer

Licensed Civil Engineer (PE)

We're looking for a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to perform civil engineering design, calculations, and 3D modeling for a variety of projects — fully remotely. No client or contractor face-to-face interaction required; all coordination is executed remotely. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an ideal conversion after six months for the right candidate.

Pay: $43.00- $60.00 per hour DOE

• Perform civil engineering calculations — hand calculations, spreadsheet-based analysis, MathCAD, and 3D modeling in Civil 3D
• Assist in the creation of contract drawings by providing civil design input to designers
• Support permitting and permit process activities as needed
• Maintain effective communication with department members, management, and clients

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license — required, no exceptions
• 4+ years of civil engineering design experience
• Advanced working proficiency in Civil 3D
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available

• Working knowledge of Hydraflow, Pond Pack, WaterCAD, StormCAD, or similar analysis software
• Exposure to permitting processes and regulatory requirements
