Position Overview
Advanced Construction Robotics, Inc. in Allison Park, PA is hiring a full‑time Mechanical Engineer to design, implement, and test new mechanical components for our autonomous robot construction machines.

Day in the LifeYou will be essential to inventing, patenting, and engineering new products. You will design, analyze, and test new mechanical systems and improvements, work with a larger engineering team to develop large construction machines for real job sites, and test our robots in operational environments. You may also participate in peer review of concepts and designs, support other departments by helping field robot fleets, and produce new robots.
Your mechanical system design and analysis skills will be central to the role.
- 2+ years of experience or a master’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Solid Works
- Knowledge of basic machining or fabrication
- Knowledge in one of the following areas:
- FEA simulation and analysis
- Structural Design
- Design for Manufacture and Assembly
- Mobile robotics and manipulation
- U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
