Civil Engineer - Landenberg, PA

A well‑established professional surveying, engineering and architectural firm located in Landenberg, PA is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team. This person will prepare, design and review land development projects from conceptual stages to compliance stages.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare site plans for municipal approval
- Design post‑Construction stormwater management facilities
- Coordinate applications with clients and consultants
- Review subdivision and land development plans for compliance with municipal regulations
Requirements
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- PE preferred but not required
- 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design
- Experience preparing a complete set of civil plans
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Working knowledge and ability to use CAD based design software
- A self‑starter who can work independently
- Experience working and communicating with clients
