Job Summary

Join Our Client as a Senior Controls Engineer in Mount Bethel, PA, a global leader in gases and technologies! We seek an engineering graduate with 10+ years of PLC/DCS process automation experience. Shape the future of industrial health and safety by designing advanced automated control systems.

Salary: $75 - 85 per hour |
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm |
Education: Bachelors

• Independently develop, configure, and program DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems (including Siemens and Rockwell) for process automation in a hazardous chemical manufacturing facility.
• Efficiently troubleshoot control system hardware and software, implement corrective actions, and assist with loop and interlock tests for new processes and annual ISO calibrations.
• Establish the engineering design basis and create comprehensive design documentation (e.g., PFDs, PIDs, interlock matrices) for new and existing facilities in compliance with department standards.
• Champion a “Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time” culture by actively participating in Design Reviews and PHAs, while applying strict codes for hazardous materials handling.
