IMS Technology Services LLC, a leading AV and event technology firm in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Senior AV Field Engineer to lead onsite installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex commercial audiovisual systems for corporate, education, and enterprise clients. In this role, you will interpret AV designs, build and wire racks, integrate displays, audio, control, and networked AV, and ensure systems perform to spec.
You will collaborate closely with project managers and designers, mentor junior technicians, support live events, and provide client training. This position is field-based, fast-paced, and highly hands-on, working with cutting-edge AV and collaboration technologies.
