Job Summary:
Lead Mechanical Engineer responsible for managing mechanical design delivery across projects, leading teams, ensuring technical quality, and maintaining client and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead mechanical design strategy and project delivery.
- Manage and supervise mechanical engineering teams.
- Ensure design compliance with international standards and statutory regulations.
- Oversee coordination across all disciplines.
- Review and approve technical deliverables.
- Interface with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Support commercial awareness and resource planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s is a plus).
- strong experience in Gulf projects is mandatory
- Minimum 13 years of mechanical building design experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and design software.
- Professional membership (CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
