Engineer, Sr Regulatory

Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Engineer to join our Regulatory Compliance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all our energy projects and operations meet stringent industry and government standards. The ideal candidate will use their expert knowledge of regulatory policies and engineering principles to guide project compliance, optimize processes, and contribute to our mission of providing safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of engineering projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and submit licensing documents, permit applications, and compliance reports.
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory standards and communicate impacts and requirements to internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and legal departments to address compliance issues.
• Design and implement best practices for documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Lead regulatory review and risk management activities for new projects.
• Provide training and support to other team members about regulatory requirements and changes.
