Test & Evaluation Engineer, Associate​/Experienced – 2nd Shift

• Assist in demonstrating the effectiveness of test methods
• Develop simple test procedures, instrumentation, and configuration definitions needed to perform tests and minimize risk
• Design component- and sub-assembly-level hardware or software and use analytical tools to verify designs
• Assist in coordinating the manufacture and assembly of test hardware
• Identify solutions to basic problems and support development of metrology processes, methods, and tools
• Support development of test debrief material
• Participate in evaluation of test performance data
• Review test data for accuracy, quality, and/or fidelity before delivery to the customer
• Alert senior engineers to off-nominal data
• Prepare test reports for review
• Work under general supervision

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to work 2nd shift
• U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance required post‑start
• Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
• Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
• Subject to drug testing when criteria are met
• Preferred: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  Troubleshooting of electrical and electronics devices in a production environment
• Preferred: DIT-MCO Programming

Demonstrates expertise in developing test procedures and instrumentation while ensuring compliance with U.S. export control and security clearance requirements. Proficient in analyzing test performance data and preparing detailed test reports under general supervision.
