Job Description & How to Apply Below
Are you ready to lead critical-path nuclear inspection programs?

Do you thrive in complex environments where reactor vessels and internals are inspected by robotic systems in the morning and manual Balance-of-Plant NDE follows in the afternoon? Can you convert PMBOK principles into actionable plans, keep EVM on target, and communicate with customers, architect engineers, and constructors as the single accountable voice? If so, this role is for you.

The challenge

Own project management from planning through closeout for medium-complexity NDE initiatives—or drive a defined workstream within a highly complex program.

Lead teams of approximately 10–30 professionals, including project controls and sub-project managers.

Serve as the Technical Inputs Lead for medium-complexity proposals; step into a deputy PM capacity on highly complex efforts with direct guidance from a Program Manager or higher.

Your environment

Based out of our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA, you’ll be in a mobile role with 2–3 on-site days per week. You’ll report to the Manager of Reactor & BOP Inspection Operations.

Validate spend against baselines and scope; maintain audit-ready records.

Publish team and customer-facing metrics and process maps to ensure clarity.

Close:
Archive across financial, scheduling, document, and resource systems; complete final quality assessments; capture lessons learned, improvements, and risk-avoidance strategies for future work.

Influence:
Be the single representative to customers, architect engineers, constructors, suppliers, Westinghouse in-country representatives, and internal business units; align objectives with adjacent project groups.

Improve:
Continuously identify, assess, and implement enhancements to project performance.
