- Assist in the design of commercial and industrial electrical power and other lighting projects
- Collaborate and coordinate internally with Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering design disciplines
- Prepare technical reports and undertake technical investigation studies
- Assist with power coordination studies
- Participate in QA/QC processes, milestone design reviews, and inter-discipline cross-checking
- Review and provide input on Contractor RFIs, material submissions, and shop drawings
- Directly support project and construction management teams
- Participate in team meetings and design round tables to improve internal processes
- Contribute to the overall business development of the company
- Minimum Associates in Engineering, Architecture, Electrical, CAD or related field;
Bachelor preferred - Experience in Electrical Design specific to the architectural, MEP and construction industries
- Interest in understanding and working on cross-discipline projects from design phase to construction
- Experience and general knowledge of building, utility, and energy codes
- Professional experience using AutoCAD and Revit 2018 or newer
- Time Management, Situational Adaptability and Outcome Orientation
- Strong Interpersonal Communication, Written and collaboration skills
- EIT or PE a plus
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- WNA is currently unable to support sponsor ships
Demonstrates expertise in Electrical Design within the architectural, MEP, and construction industries, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to project management and business development.
