Process Engineer
Direct Hire | Leola, PA
Pay rate: $105k-115k

Are you a results-driven Process Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement, manufacturing optimization, and problem-solving? Join an industry-leading manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in improving production performance, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, scrap, waste, and production variability
- Analyze manufacturing data, including line performance, material usage, cycle times, and quality metrics
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and employee training materials
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, DOE, FMEA, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and new technology implementation
- Optimize production processes, material flow, and work cell layouts to improve efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Promote a strong safety culture and support regulatory compliance and workplace safety programs
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline
- 3+ years of Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Experience with PLC programming, automation systems, sensors, or mistake-proofing technologies is a plus
