What you’ll do:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through service and proactive outreach
• Identify customer needs and recommend deposit, lending, and other financial solutions
• Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with Univest partners to create a seamless customer experience
• Support branch goals, compliance standards, and day‑to‑day operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales, banking, or a customer‑facing environment
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
• A detail‑oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales priorities
• Comfort using technology and Microsoft Office tools
• Previous banking experience and NMLS registration are a plus

Wage Range: $25.00/hr
