Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate traffic flow effectively.
• Communicate valet procedures and information clearly with guests.
• Respond to customer and team member inquiries professionally.
• Monitor parking areas for illegal parking and manage vehicles accordingly.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings.
• Secure and manage guest keys responsibly.
• Anticipate traffic flow patterns and communicate them proactively.
• Identify and seek additional support during peak times.
• Manage the tip pool accurately and ensure fair distribution.
• Process various valet payments securely.
• Track, reconcile, and report daily revenue effectively.
• Forecast currency needs and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely, complying with all traffic laws and facility policies.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.
