Retail Food Prep - slicing deli meat, preparing wet salads (tuna fish, egg, chicken).

Shift: 4:45am-1:15pm
Pay: $18.50
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Must be 18 years of age
* Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
* Ability to perform basic math
* Must be able to enter basic information into computer
* Ability to follow written and oral instructions in detail
* Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities
* Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors
* Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for entire work shift
* Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs or push up to 70 lbs with use of rolling carts
* Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment (including weekends, holidays subject to change)
* Ability to work in cold (38 degrees) environment for entire shift.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Responsible for preparing raw fresh food items in timely manner.
* Prepare related cold cut items and salads and etc. as assigned by management
* Responsible for preparing, assembling goods in accordance with USDA/FDA/HACCP standards.
* Other duties as assigned by management.

This is a Union Position- must be willing to join the union and pay union dues.
• Must be available to work a full-time position, including Weekends and Holidays
• Must be able to clear pre-employment process which includes a background check.
