- Coordinate event logistics
- Work with the Activation Manager to manage communication between clients, sales, and park teams to ensure all planning details are executed to exceed client expectations.
- Manage day of execution
- Oversee the actual event, supervising support teams and addressing client issues or requests.
- Support Sponsor ships
- Assist in executing in-park sponsor ships to align with national and regional agreements.
- Maintain Communication:
Serve as the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
