Poker Dealer - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Experience in conducting poker game.
• Safeguard the assets of the company.
• Conduct the poker game.
• Responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and the pot.
• Adhere to poker room policies and procedures.
• Review and inspect assigned working environment for any and all safety hazards.
• Be well informed of all corporate, property and Poker Department policies, procedures, and upcoming events.
• Perform brush‑duty as needed.
• Keep all accrued tips.
• Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Money handling skills.
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs.
• Ability to deal all Hold ’em and Stud type poker games.
• Ability to communicate, understand, read, and write the English language.
• Ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hours).
• Ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment.
• Ability to retain composure and professional demeanor with guests and employee displeasure, requests, and/or complaints.

Starting Salary: $5.00 per hour (plus collecting all tips).
