Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and identify their needs during unit delivery, service, warranty, and parts interactions;
Answer service, warranty, and parts questions in person or by phone;
Assist Receiving Department with unloading, inspection, and VIN verification of new units;
Maintain unit inventory status and update IDS/lot locations; generate daily delivery schedules;
Explain unit operation, break-in and maintenance procedures to customers and assist with preparation of delivery documents
