The Bryce Jordan Center is seeking friendly, dedicated, hard‑working individuals committed to providing excellent customer service in a fun and often fast‑paced environment. Candidates should be reliable, have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and work as an individual or as part of a team, follow direction accurately, work quickly and efficiently, follow policies and procedures, possess problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills, and react appropriately to a multitude of situations.

Most positions provide a flexible schedule and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The center is a 15,000‑plus‑seat multi‑purpose arena on the Penn State campus, home to the men’s and women’s basketball teams, and hosts a multitude of events ranging from national tours to local banquets.
