Service Advisor (2nd Shift) – Levittown, PA
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service shop.
- Sell service offerings to customers.
- Conduct visual safety inspections of vehicles.
- Ensure all customer needs are accurately understood and addressed.
- 1+ year experience in service roles, sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.
