Essential Job Functions:
- Delivers great customer service by learning core games offered by the property in a friendly and helpful manner with an upbeat/positive attitude.
- Learn how to demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
- Learn how to deal games in accordance with internal controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and company policy.
- Able to learn applicable departmental dealer efficiency metrics.
- Responsible for learning the protection and control of the game.
- Learn how to exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.
- Support and always maintain property courtesy guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Presents oneself in a polished, professional, and service-minded way and encourages others to do the same.
- Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to perform basic math quickly.
- Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public.
- Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid license as required by the PA Gaming Control Board.
- Must have ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and employees.
- Ability to work long hours within a smoking environment, employee will be exposed to smoke.
- Must be able to work varied shifts during a 24-hour period, weekends and holidays are required as needed.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts or stressful customer interactions.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, and move through all areas of the casino.
- Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with guests, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.
- Adequate manual dexterity to operate office equipment and engage in light lifting.
- While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license as required by the PGCB.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel.
- Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.
