Job Duties And Responsibilities
The identification and removal of any individual who is required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility under section 1514 of the act, who may be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility under section 1515 of the act or is self-excluded from the gaming floor and gaming activities at all licensed facilities under section 1516 of the act.
Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
Provision of immediate notice to supervisors designated in the internal controls and the casino compliance representatives and the Pennsylvania State Police at the licensed facility upon detecting any individual who is required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility under section 1514 or 1515 of the act and Chapter 511a or 513a or is self-excluded from the gaming floor and gaming activities at all licensed facilities under section 1516 of the act and Chapter 503a
Assist in transporting money, chips, and tokens.
Control access to restricted areas
Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents.
Monitor customer and team member passage in and out of casino for possible underage patrons and other banned individuals.
Working knowledge of CMS system including but not limited to the following:
Cage, Pit, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking menus and Self-Exclusion display
Complete safety inspections/other logs and forms, and write applicable report if necessary
Secure areas during incidents or emergencies
Write reports as required
Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team
Detailed Description Of Experience Or Educational RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
Must complete all required company training
