Senior Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage general ledger, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling using Quick Books and Excel
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide financial insights to leadership
• Manage treasury functions, including banking relationships, wire transfers, credit facilities, and foreign currency activity
• Oversee domestic and international tax compliance in coordination with external advisors
• Improve accounting processes across AP/AR, payroll, benefits administration, and financial systems
• Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and insurance renewals
• Support HR coordination for payroll deductions, 401(k) plans, and employee tax reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with multi-entity or international exposure
• Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop; familiarity with ERP systems a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, and cash management
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, confidential, and able to operate independently with executive-level visibility

This will be hybrid with 2 or 3 days a week in the office
