Product Manager II - Financial Systems

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of core financial systems, including accounting, treasury, and related platforms. • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial systems covering accounting, treasury, and related platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineering squads to build scalable, reliable, and auditable financial products.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Work with product owners across the organization to ensure system integrations, alignment, and shared priorities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product development, ensuring solutions meet quality, control, and operational standards.
• Participate in strengthening the overall product management function across distributed teams.
• Drive continuous improvements and innovations within financial systems to support business growth and compliance.

• Proven experience in product management or technical product management, ideally in complex internal systems or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and markets, including crypto assets, tokenized equities, derivatives, and securities.
• Strong knowledge of payment processes, including fiat and crypto rails, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation.
• Ability to bridge technical system design with financial, accounting, and treasury requirements.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing dependencies in complex product environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth, or startup/scale‑up environments is a plus.
