As Group Pricing Manager of the Marine Product Management team, role will have overall responsible to create and harmonize new price lists with the support of local Marine factories pricing teams who will administer the daily workflows. Identify areas of improvement and take actions to implement best practices, benchmarking and creation of guidelines, reporting tools for Marine P&L locations.
We are a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Group Pricing Manager. This position reports to Director of Product Management and will work within one of our Marine facilities (Limerick, PA; Chicago, IL; Pompano, FL)
General Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring competitive pricing
- Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate pricing
- Together with the Product Managers and facility Pricing Managers team monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market
- Develop Power BI Pro reports and maintain pricing databases and systems
- Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures
- Participate in pricing negotiations with customers, vendors, and suppliers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of costs as well as related financial information
- Maintain and update regularly pricing history database.
- Lead pricing strategy formulation and ensure to take pricing actions to enhance profitability.
- Stimulate market/region based segmentation to collaborate with Product Managers and Sales
- Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing actions effectiveness.
- Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in pricing strategies & working with large data sets. Additionally, they will have acquired the following qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate pricing environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience utilizing Power BI Pro for reporting
- Knowledge of pricing tools like Synrcon or similar is considered an asset
- Experience with high-level pricing projects across multiple sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team building skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
- Exceptional customer management skills
- Work well independently and as part of a cohesive team
