Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Head Teller to join our team at our Paradise Branch. The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations and fostering a team environment focused on efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities- Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch
- Coaching, developing, and educating team members
- Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
- Promoting the bank's services and providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded
- Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- Collaborating with various departments within the organization
- A minimum 2+ years of banking experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior leadership experience in the banking industry
