Finance Intern

Job Summary:

The finance intern will assist in various financial tasks, gaining practical experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operations while supporting the finance team overall. This summer intern will work on site 4 days/week at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Properly code employee credit card transactions in Ramp and ensure adherence to Stateside Brands' expense policy
• Invoice wholesale distributors daily
  • Process credit memos, as required
  • Assist with monitoring AR mailbox and respond to distributor questions, as necessary
• Prepare monthly invoices for control states
• Complete ad hoc projects, as required

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Compensation:

• $15-$17 USD per hour
