Mauch Chunk Trust Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Commercial Lending team as a Commercial Lending Support Specialist - Administrative Assistant.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced banking environment, enjoys relationship management, and has experience supporting commercial lending operations.

What You'll Do:

Support Commercial Loan Officers with loan documentation, processing, and customer communication

Coordinate loan closings and serve as liaison between customers, title companies, attorneys, and internal departments

Assist with commercial loan servicing, draw requests, insurance follow-up, and documentation review

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and maintain CRM updates

Deliver exceptional customer service while helping strengthen client relationships

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures

What We're Looking For:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in banking, finance, or business

Lending and/or credit experience preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer service excellence
