We are seeking two motivated Automotive Finance Manager Trainees to join a high-performing dealership team where growth truly matters. This is an entry-level finance opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in automotive finance and leadership.
Our Finance Managers are coached, developed, and promoted from within. You'll be trained by experienced professionals and supported by a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and success.
What You'll Do
- Learn all aspects of the automotive finance and insurance (F&I) process
- Assist customers with financing and protection product options
- Work closely with lenders to secure competitive financing solutions
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with regulations
- Develop strong customer service and closing skills
- Progressively take on more responsibility as training milestones are met
- College degree OR prior military experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus (not required)
- Starting salary of $40,000 per year plus bonus opportunities
