Vice President, US Global Markets - Regulatory w/ BNP Paribas Securities Corp in Chesterbrook, PA. Monitr regulatry changes (new rules or rule amendmnts) relevnt for Global Mkts. Positn reqs a Master's deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin, Risk Mgmt, Engg Mgmt, or rel & 8 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role OR Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin, Risk Mgmt, Engg Mgmt, or rel & 10 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role.

Must have 8 yrs of exp (or 10 w/ Bach) w/:
Projct & reg change & mgmt:
Ensure that new or updated financl regulatns or Group policies affectg the bus are fully understood & implementd consistently & on time across the firm. Must have 8 yrs of exp w/:
Regulatory anlysis:
Conduct impact & gap analyses of regulatry updates to pinpoint reqd changes & eval their effect for the bus;
Regulatry risk mgmt:
Identify, assess & mitigate regulatry risks for financl‑industry topics, deliverg recommendatns based on findgs frm the second & third lines of defense. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/:
Deep bankng & capital‑mkts know;
Advocacy & regulatry watch:
Provide input on implementatn challenges, track the rule‑makg pipeline, & represent the bus in industry‑associatn dialogues;
Governance Framewrk Mgmt:
Design, oversee, & maintn a corporate governance structure - incl committee/forum participatn & regular status meetings - to monitr projct implementatn, compliance risk, control effectiveness, & regulatry dvlpmnts.
* 10% of Dom travel reqd.
* Telecommuting permitted 40%: wrk may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the office in Chesterbrook, PA. Sal: $140,000 - $145,000/yr. Qualified Applicants:
