Vaco is hiring for a Staff Accountant opportunity in Coraopolis PA Direct Hire, Onsite Salary: 60-70,000/yr

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with Net Suite experience to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role will be responsible for general ledger activities, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support financial reporting and variance analysis Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions Assist with audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls Analyze financial data to support operational and strategic decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–4+ years of accounting experience Hands-on Net Suite experience Highly Preferred (Not Required) Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience Experience in financial services, mortgage, or related industries Exposure to multi-entity or high-volume transaction environments Experience supporting audits and internal controls Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
