Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee corporate and property-level accounting for a multi-entity portfolio

• Lead and streamline a high-volume monthly close process

• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting to leadership

• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and liquidity planning

• Serve as the primary liaison for lenders, auditors, and external partners
Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
