Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fund Manager / Fund Accounting Supervisor with strong expertise in Alternative Investments to oversee fund accounting operations, financial reporting, NAV calculations, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of alternative investment products including Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate Funds, Credit Funds, Infrastructure Funds, and Fund of Funds.

The candidate will lead fund accounting teams, manage client relationships, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support operational excellence across multiple investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Oversee daily fund accounting operations for alternative investment funds.
• Review and approve Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
• Review capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions.
• Manage partnership allocations, waterfall calculations, carried interest, and management fee calculations.
• Review and analyze fund performance reports and financial packages.
• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

Alternative Investment Operations

• Manage accounting and reporting for:
