About the Role:

• Servaada, a Wipro company, is looking for an Analyst to support Transition activity. The ideal candidate is educated to degree standard with previous experience of 2-3 years in life and pensions and Alpha experience/skills.

This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The Analyst will be expected to complete the following as part of the role:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert across Life and Pensions products.
• Demonstrate planning skills.
• Ability to think analytically and be a proven problem solver.
• Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
• Ability to confidently communicate complex concepts verbally and in written form to all stakeholders.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

• Provide SME knowledge to help shape Transition solutions.
• Support Transition activity by gathering and interpreting data and information and planning activities.

• MS applications skills.
• Alpha and supporting applications skills.
• 2–3 years Life and Pensions experience.

• Recognised Life and Pensions SME.
• Proven planning skills.
• Perform high quality analysis on complex issues and produce accurate and reliable conclusions and advice to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to understand business and customer needs.
• Deliver an easily understood solution to the end customer, taking into account their level of technical awareness.
• Deliver all services to business and customers in a timely manner to meet expectations. Manage customer expectations where work items are not delivered to plan.
