Commercial Lending Support Specialist-Admin Asst

What You’ll Do:

• Support Commercial Loan Officers with loan documentation, processing, and customer communication.
• Coordinate loan closings and serve as liaison between customers, title companies, attorneys, and internal departments.
• Assist with commercial loan servicing, draw requests, insurance follow-up, and documentation review.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and maintain CRM updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in banking, finance, or business.
• Lending and/or credit experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer service excellence.
