Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Immunology Global R&D & Commercial Strategy Senior Finance Manager based in Spring House, PA or Titusville, NJ. This role may require up to 10% domestic travel.
Responsibilities- Play a leadership role across all Immunology disease areas (Gastrointestinal, Dermatology, Rheumatology and Respiratory) providing lead finance support to Icotrokinra and other early‑stage assets.
- Act as the Immunology Finance single point of contact and thought leader across the portfolio, leading Immunology financial consolidation for close, forecast cycles, LRFP and valuations, and developing strategic analysis to support business cases on an ad hoc basis.
- In close partnership with the Immunology Senior Finance Director, collaborate with the Immunology Operating Committee and Clinical Excellence & Transformation Teams to ensure an efficient, lean operation of the clinical programs and to deliver on financial targets.
- Support business development, Innovation Center and Portfolio Enabling projects to deliver value‑creating deals.
- Develop and coach 4 high performing Senior Financial Analysts.
- Continue to transform the finance organization into an insight‑driven business accelerator through the implementation of best‑in‑class analytics and decision support.
- Collaborate across the broader TA team and IM R&D Finance to deliver business objectives.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Finance or business.
- MBA or master’s degree in Finance/Analytics is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance or relevant business experience.
- Advanced proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills of financial content to non‑financial audiences.
- Proven experience partnering with leaders on developing business strategies and influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lead teams in a complex, virtual environment and develop individuals to meet future needs.
- At least 2 years of experience in people management.
- Knowledge of budget management, data quality, financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, risk management, Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance, succession planning, vendor management, and related areas.

- Anticipated base pay range: $122,000 - $212,750.
