Analyst, Investment Strategy

Hirtle & Co. is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their private equity team in Conshohocken, PA. In this role, you’ll evaluate investment opportunities, lead due diligence, and prepare proposals for the investment committee. You’ll work closely with senior team members and have the chance to make a real impact on clients’ financial goals.

• Evaluate various private equity and venture capital opportunities
• Lead the due diligence process and monitor portfolios
• Conduct analysis to support team discussions
• Prepare investment proposals for the investment committee
• Present investment opportunities to the committee and firm
• Collaborate with senior team members throughout the investment process

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to use coding tools like Python or SQL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for the investment industry, especially private equities
