ResponsibilitiesThe Business Loan Servicing Coordinator provides a high level of member services, processes telephone, email and complex file maintenance requests, and complies with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The coordinator performs quality control reviews of new business lending loan documentation, verifies loan closing packages, organizes and tracks loan file contents, and ensures compliance with applicable policies. The role involves reviewing loan files, coordinating with the lending team to procure corrected documents, verifying collateral recording, providing excellent member service, maintaining loan files and portfolio items, setting up and managing tracking items, handling member requests, and monitoring various reports.

- 1–3 years of related experience
No requirement for a valid driver’s license.
Education LevelGeneral and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.

Compensation OverviewCompetitive salary starting at $17.78 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience, skills, education, and location.
