Your tasks

• As a customer advisor (m/f/d) for securities, you independently take over the demand-oriented consultation of our wide range of investment and pension products with a focus on the securities business.
• You build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.
• You take responsibility for the care of customers in one or more branches.
• You work closely with the branch teams there.
• You organize your workday independently and are a competent contact person for your customers on the subject of securities.

Convincing:
Your profile

• Sales talent with a passion for working with people of different backgrounds
• Successful commercial training - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of experience, preferably in customer care, securities business, or bank sales
• High service competence and resilience in everyday work as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions
• Knowledge of economic relationships and the capital market
