What You'll Be Doing

+ Preparing accurate individual tax returns

+ Meeting with clients and helping them feel confident about their finances

+ Reviewing W-2s, 1099s, and supporting docs

+ Explaining returns, refunds, and balances in a clear, friendly way

+ Answering client questions and solving problems on the spot

+ Keeping everything organized, confidential, and compliant

+ Pitching additional services when it makes sense

+ Jumping in to help with general office needs during peak season

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license - required

+

Experience with individual tax prep

+ Strong people skills - you actually enjoy talking to clients

+ Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

+ Someone who thrives when things get busy
