Gross‐To‐Net (GTN) Lead
Locations:
Cambridge, MA | Morristown, NJ | Swift Water, PA
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (3× in-office days per week, one of which must be Monday or Friday)
As the GTN Lead in the North America GTN Center of Excellence, you will be pivotal in managing GTN reserve and forecast operations, ensuring governance in a complex commercial environment, and influencing enterprise-wide financial strategy for Sanofi. You'll partner closely with finance, market access, strategic pricing, treasury, and audit teams across multiple product lines and payer models.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly GTN reserve analysis, ensuring accuracy, mitigating risk, and capturing GTN rates properly.
- Manage GTN forecasting and actuals, collaborating with Finance Business Partners, Market Access, and Strategic Pricing teams.
- Provide financial insights into GTN programs, payer mix, product launches, and contract designs.
- Assess financial impact of pricing strategies, market access programs, and negotiation outcomes.
- Align sales, collections, and rebate forecasts to cash flow projections in partnership with Treasury and CI2C teams.
- Monitor external market / policy changes and evaluate GTN implications.
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external audits (GTN-related).
- Lead cross-functional reviews to align assumptions, resolve variances, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation in GTN processes.
- Act as subject-matter expert and thought leader on GTN best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ~7+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in complex or matrixed organizations.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Background in financial analysis, driving strategy, and partnering cross-functionally.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and lead transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as TM1, SAP, or similar.
Preferred:
- CPA and/or MBA
- Experience in the pharmaceutical / life sciences or related healthcare industry
- Prior exposure to GTN accounting, pricing, rebates, contract modeling, payer structures
- Experience with large cross-functional team leadership
- Experience in audit, compliance, and financial governance contexts
