Location: Aston
Program Control Analyst
The Program Financial Analyst is assigned to the business unit Program Management Office(s) and thus partners closely with Program Managers and their Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to provide financial oversight, analysis, and strategic guidance for the PMOs. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting, with the objective that all PMO programs are delivered within scope, schedule, and financial targets.
You will play a key role in translating financial data into actionable insights to support informed PMO and business unit decision-making.
This role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

Your Challenge
Program Financial Support
- Partner directly with Program Managers (PMs) to develop, manage, and monitor program budgets and forecasts including costs incurred to date, estimate to complete, estimate at completion, and variance at completion for key Programs or Projects.
- Identify program risks and opportunities and quantify cost risk and/or opportunity impact to current forecasts.
- Provide ongoing financial guidance to PMs to ensure programs remain aligned with financial objectives.
- Perform and/or key participant in program reviews via preparing program financial summaries, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Develop and maintain detailed Program Management Office rollup forecasts, including revenue, cost, and margin projections for all programs that roll up to the PMO assigned.
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling as required to support Program Office and individual Program decision-making.
- Assist in Program Office annual budgeting and long-range planning processes for PMO program / project portfolio.
- Analyze cost drivers, labor utilization, and program profitability.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, KPIs, and variance explanations for leadership.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with Program Managers, Operations, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
- Support contract reviews, pricing analysis, and financial inputs for proposals or program changes.
- Assist with revenue recognition and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and contractual requirements.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably supporting programs or projects in aerospace/defense or complex critical manufactured item environment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed environment preferred.
- Experience with ERP and ability to extract data needed (Infor Syteline preferred).
- Experience with data manipulation and presentation using BI tools.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (e.g., percentage of completion).
- Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility with assignments across business unit functions, can-do attitude is a must.
- Ability to travel up to 10% to international destinations.
- Must be a US Citizen.
