Director of SEC and Internal Management Reporting
Position will be based onsite at an HPE office. Provides significant contribution to accounting function with full responsibility for ensuring timely and accurate filing of Form 10‑Q and Form 10‑K. Supports the IR team during the earnings process, Security Analyst meetings, and other external filings with the SEC. Works closely with EY, IR, GBU finance teams, corporate FP&A, tax and other partners to meet filing requirements and drives adherence to GAAP and the organization’s financial goals and policies.
Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate filing of Form 10‑Q and Form 10‑K.
- Support IR during earnings process, Security Analyst meetings, and other external SEC filings.
- Collaborate with EY, IR, GBU finance, corporate FP&A, tax and other partners to meet filing requirements.
- Drive adherence to GAAP and financial policies.
- Engage with external auditors, legal, FP&A, close reporting, and business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; CPA, MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of finance experience;
Big Four public accounting preferred. - Experience with technology industry and international companies preferred.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting guidelines; technical knowledge on Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Product Financing Arrangements, Vendor Rebates, Standard Costing, Excess & Obsolescence reserves.
- Experience researching and interpreting complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues.
- Excellent project management, people management, and communication skills.
- Self‑starter capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Location: HQ in Spring, TX.
Salary: $143,500 – $347,500 annual. Variable incentives may also be offered.
