Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment;
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet their banking needs;
Build trusted relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, connecting them to the appropriate specialists;
Assist with branch operations and cash-handling tasks such as cash vaults and ATMs in accordance with bank procedures
